I really have to agree with this - I dont love talking on the phone, except to my family that lives far away.
There are times, however, that the phone call needs to be made. When you just can't type all those details... When the person on the other end is confused... When you want to build a relationship...
I"ll tell you what I don't like, though and that is voicemail. If I call someone and they don't pick up, I am liable to just hang up and then send them an email. I know I hate listening to voicemails, writing down phone numbers, and then deleting the voicemail. It's so much easier to just read and delete an email.
Now, if only my doctors office would give me their email address...
